    Was about to bite on the Spectre on this but for some like myself, I was looking at the Spectre because it was one of the best 2-in-1s with active pen support.
    However, W01xTU series spectres DO NOT support active pens. Best I've found so far with pen support is Computer Alliance 13-AC039TU: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/172749815566 $1551.68 shipped

      Tbh there are hundreds of these that I would always categorize together. Refurbished, new unused, etc. I'd only trust those listed as new and straight from warehouse/ready stocked.

      Don't do it!

      I've read horror stories about these 'refurbished' units, plus info from Bose that says they do not sell/distribute samples, ESPECIALLY ones that don't connect to the Bose app.

      The typical eBay ad says something along the lines of refurbished sample/doesn't connect to the app - this is because they are fakes. These will have some version of Bluetooth and an inferior quality ANC, but definitely not what you'd get with a genuine unit.

      Read some of the comments on the timepieces_aus ebay profile where customers have called them out for being fakes - they slam the buyer for being a 'disgrace to the eBay community'. Scumbags.

    Laptop delivered 3 days after ordering, Microsoft for the win. In comparison Dell took a month to deliver the xps 13.

          I have been trying since yesterday, no response from seller… When contacted Microsoft store, they had no idea what the eBay store and asked to check with eBay… I never received invoice for a SSD I purchased 3 months ago

          @ozzbargainer: I had the same reception when contacting Microsoft Australia.. they referred to their store on ebay as a "reseller". Clearly it is not.

          @ozzbargainer: I'll get my gf on their ass… she's intimate with consumer law. I suspect that companies on ebay dodge giving out invoices to avoid paying GST. I've had to chase up Myer, The Good Guys in the past.
