I just saw this pop up when I went to buy GOT season 7. I don't remember getting an email for it and I certainly didn't click any link on the play store to activate the offer.
It may be targeted but hopefully it's not.

That's what happened last time with me as well but this time I didn't accept anything, it just popped up by itself.
If you check under 'Account' > Rewards you can see any active / pending discounts that can be used… useful to track when they expire (I have a 99c rental I see ends 'today' - actually it shows the 13th .. so I'm assuming its US time).
Hmm.. Just did that and this offer was suppose to expire on 15 April 2017. I don't know whether that's a typo or just that they forgot to set the expiry on a previous offer.
I didn't get anything :'( the last time that i actually did was back in January.
If this is (screenshot) where you saw this then it is a discount that you have already accepted in the past some time and is automatically being applied to your next checkout with an valid item.
Thing is last time I had one of these I was able to apply it to a 'box set' which made a series nice and cheap.
