We assume you know Grill’d…now that cheeky team behind Sydney’s newest gourmet burger chain is taking their burger-making perfectionist tendencies mobile with the ‘Burger Love Tour’.
They’ve literally converted an old caravan into the slickest looking, custom fitted burger van you’ll ever see. They’re calling it the “Grill’d Airstream” based on the iconic American classic. This is great tasting food gone mobile and we like it!
The team was inspired by a growing international trend, quality food taken out of restaurants and into the streets to the people. In San Francisco you can find high-end trucks dishing out the tastiest tacos, felafal, French tapas and even Indian to it’s discerning population (any entrepreneurs out there?).
Anyway, to celebrate the Airstream’s arrival there will be FREE BURGERS from 12-1.30 in Circular Quay today and then again at Bondi Beach on Saturday 23rd at the same time.
That’s right, that’s 90 free minutes of the ‘bestest’ tasting burgers you’ve come to love.
Plus, you’re free burger comes with more than a special sauce. They’ll be joined by the team behind Secret Wars, a live art experience that turns creativity into sport with two artists battling it out over 90 minutes to create a unique piece of art using only black paint and markets on a plain white canvass.
