  • Got mine from previous post (http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/31773) a couple weeks ago. Well it wasn't as fast as I expected in my camera (HX5V), I see minor difference from my old AData class4 when I shot 10 pics in one go and wait them to save.

    • nice cam man, where and how much was it?

i'd be interested in getting one for london in jan11.

btw the speed might be camera limited. i know how many dslrs are able to us up 30mb/s bandwidth, but maybe not all ps cams.

      • I got one and as you can see in my post in that thread mine only goes 9mb/sec max however i think this is due to my SD card reader being on a usb hub or something. Still though over a week later mymemory havent responded to my email with the speed concerns so be wary :)

        • yeah i'm pretty sure its due to the reader.

i've owned their 16gb class 6 and it already reads/writes at close to 20mb/s.

          thanks for the heads up.

        • ah ok no probs ill have to get a proper heads up.

also i think they may not have replied to my email as i may have sent it to the wrong address. still though suprised i didnt get any reply after 12 days.

  • I bought a few of these from mymemory last time they were reduced to use in my canon 5DMKII with a CF to SD adapter, they have performed flawlessly even shooting in RAW, now I can go from Camera to IPAD

    • tried 1080p video yet? just curious

  • -1

Looks fake. What's with that picture? If it's an unbelieveable price…

  • Bought a Canon DSLR yesterday, this will do nicely. Sold.

  • These cards are fast - i got 2 x 8gb transcend ultimates (class 10's) from the USA not too long ago $22 AUD each and free shipping.

    $30 for a 16 is a good deal

  • Awesome. Been wanting a bigger card for my video camera :D Thanks

  • I bought the 16 from the last bargain for my dslr but was a little disappointed with the write speed of only 16mb. I could hear the difference when it slows down when I shoot continuous, but I was comparing it to my extreme iii class 6, which is 20mb write Speed. Anyway I did go back to get the 8gb version which has 20mb write speed for $20 delivered. Very good price for what it's worth. Now I just need to get my d7000 and try the video with these babies.

  • Good price.
This class classification can be confusing so do your research carefully. There are class 6 cards out there that perform faster than some class 10 cards.

  • +1

I got this from the last bargain, and these are SLOW.
I have Class 4 Sandisk cards (Ultra and Ultra II), and in my 1D MkII the sandisk cards writes nearly 3 times faster than these "Class 10".
