For anyone wanting to buy Acer online and require a manufacturers warranty just know that they do not honor it unless a store has a physical saleschannel (bricks and mortar). tried to claim warranty 2 weeks ago and i was denied numerous times even though it was within my rights to have it serviced. i asked them to provide me evidence in writing but my case file was closed and i was left to deal with it myself. I have since sent my monitor back and am still awaiting a refund from the NZ based online company.
