Nah, just walk in and they just have to tap the barcode thing on the app. Only can have 1 promotion per visit though. I tried to get a muffin with my free coffee ($3 originally, $2 if you buy a coffee) but he wouldn't let me. So I just got the coffee instead :)

Depends entirely on the store and the staff in that store.
Given they've been underpaid, I think staff should just eat free.

Yeah if it is an employee he/she will usually let u do anything u want, but if you bump into the store owner/franchisee then gd luck:)
It happens so consistently which starts to make me feel that the franchisee might have to fund the discount out of their own pocket instead being able to recoup from 7-11, anyone knows the insider story?

Having trouble with the app… my phone used to be rooted but I have since unrooted. Still displays error message saying "Rooted device detected". Then I tried unrooting again but the app still shows error message.

I've always wanted to give their coffee a try, especially if it's free, but can't take normal milk.
Unfortunately I don't think so, the machine in my local store usually has low-fat and skim varieties only.
can always get black coffee and byo lactose free milk - I just usually drink it black though :)

Lactase enzyme is cheaper than lactose free milk. Check out the usual websites.

I was having errors not letting me uninstall and reinstall app (to get free stuff again) . It seemed to know that I had already claimed once. I just used another phone , and factory reset that phone each time. Brings up the free offers again. No need to sign in or create account to claim free offers, which is good.
