        Except that taxi drivers can be reported and you can follow up on your report. It can also be taken to the ombudsman if you are not happy.

        Did you read the article? Uber refused to tell the paraplegic women of the outcome to her complaint.

        It is illegal for a taxi to refuse a disabled person and there are consequences. Apparently, not for Uber though…
