Just filled up my car at Coles Express Hallam. There's a poster saying get 4cents off when you purchase anything with any amount instore. You can combine this with the targetted 10cents off via flybuys card and the Coles 4cents discount docket.
I just bought $2 bread and got the 4cents off on my fuel on top of my flybuys 10c off. Store attendant confirmed you can buy anything without any minimum purchase to get the 4c off.

Coles near me 136.9 - 18c = 118.9
7/11 near me 123.7.
Coles ends up more expensive coz you need to buy something in store to get the extra 4c off
Costco is 116.7. Sometimes nearby places price match.
normally they are a bloody rip off, much higher than 7/11 but today I noticed they were around 113, and passed a 7-11 at 140! Normally there is a great price at 7-11 somewhere, but even 14 cents off Coles (Flybuys + receipt) makes them pretty good.
I got this offer today at abbotsford. 128.9 -18= 110.9. Pretty good offer I must say considering united nearby had 127. I had to fill fuel before my Amex offer expires on 5th.
If OP is mentioning princes hwy store than it has always most expensive fuel in nearby suburbs.
