  Op, might pay to mention these can't be used with Helium in description.
  Also, how many times can you reuse them and do you warrant this?

    This balloon is air-fill ONLY. Will NOT float when inflated with helium, although it can be inflated with helium air.
    And we can't guarantee the reuse times.

  Is there a reason why they say not to use helium?

    You can certainly inflate them with either, but foil balloons aren't nearly as elastic as latex balloons and can't be filled with as much helium otherwise they'll burst.
    These being the size and shape they are, probably won't float if you filled them with helium as the OP's link states.
