    Have you factored the delivery for those who doesn't have CPL in their hometown?

      Have you experienced the poor Harvey Norman pickup service that lied to you and asked you to picked from another department, so they can keep on talking?
      Have you experienced the 2 months without delivery, contact by their chat or phone, the only answer is "it is out of our control, because the supplier has no stock and has no ETA", while at the same time, the same item is listed on their website for the same 2 months and still going?

      I am not saying CPL is not good, but Harvey Norman is definitely worse.
      waiting for Amazon to change the landscape.

        No. Actually in the 60 or so times I've used them, my only complaint is that in Adelaide they dont have a specific click n collect person and I end up waiting sometimes 45min for someone from the appropriate section to help me. Apart from that though, they have been great.

        In fact I reckon, given the lowest price, Harvey Norman would be second to Myer im terms of store preference. I trust them to look after me if something goes wrong but nothing beats Myer's no regrets policy that allows you to walk in to a store and return an internet purchase weeks after simply because you changed your mind.

        Im still looking forward to Amazon though.

      There are many other stores on that list that are cheaper then HN not just CPL.

      Also JB HiFi, MSY, Centrecom and BigW

  Cheaper elsewhere e.g. $12 at MSY. Not a deal sorry.
