I have a number of crumpler bags, and usually buy them from the outlet places so I never pay full price, but they are worth a premium. If you ruin a zipper, and it take a bit to do but I have done it, they will replace the zip for you at no cost; even if you have had the bag for sometime.
Yep I can attest to this claim. Crumpler bags are worth their weight in gold. My oldest bag the 'weenie' I've been using since 2003 is still going strong after a minor repair to the velcro in 2015. I've also been using 'the heiest' which they don't make anymore for work and overseas travel for the last seven years. I tell people who want to buy one to pick carefully cos they'll be using it for a VERY LONG TIME.
