    My Advice - Be aware of genesis!
    I bought Isopure 10LBS tub and later found out that it was a fake one. It caused me health issues as well!!
    I would rather pay more than stuff myself up with the fake products.

          No one can squat and dead twice a week each. You're on the fluffy girl weights, that's ok though bro. Each to their own.

          Its funny how you keep on judging me without even knowing what I do and from how long I have been lifting.

          Training is 3 days workout (Mon,Tue,Wed) 1 day off (Thur), again 3 days workout (Fri,Sat,Sun) 2 days off (Mon,Tue).

          First 3 days involved heavy weights and second half of the week is moderate weight with a lot of super-sets.

          My heavy day lifts - just to give you an idea if I am working out hard enough (3 main and with the given weight 8 reps minimum)

          Bench Press - 110 Kg X 8 reps on 5th last set
          Deadlifts - 150 Kg X 8 reps on 4th last set
          Squats - 150 Kg x 6 reps on 6th last set

          I do fluffy weights on drop sets only (when you are doing 10 sets in one go)

          Maintenance Macros - 2000 cal on 200 gm Protein, 200gm Carbs & 35g Fats

          If you believe in some science, do your research, 2 session in a matter of a week is preferred for ideal muscle growth.

          Anyways satisfy your ego, I am not the one with username 'Ripped" but I actually might be!

          I never said i lost gains, I dont rely on protein shakes for gains. Its the diet and heavy lifts.

          All I pointed out is that my experience has been bad so watch-out and dont fall for cheap price and save your liver from some potential fake products.
