Where's the positive vote then?
She's in the mail.
The sugar in this stuff is insane! If only they had slowed down with the amount of sugar and sodium they add to processed (and fast) food, there would have been less sick people and more return customers for these producers/manufacturers/businesses.
Sugar and salt are far from the only things making people ill from food today, but yeah, definitely a big part of it. Excess sugar feeds cancer. Sugar substitutes are even worse.
I love those junk food corporations. They know people don't need to have their stuff labelled "genetically modified" for them to love what they are getting. So they spend money on our behalf to stop silly things like that happening. On our behalf:

On our behalf, indeed. Haha
Thanks for the link. 👍

I don't think you understand how sugar works: it makes you want the product more not less. It's specifically loaded with sugar because consuming sugar causes you to want to consume more sugar - like xanax or heroin.
Yup, I absolutely understand how it works in that regard, in the short term. But seeing how people are becoming more educated and aware in terms of health and nutrition these days, and the fact that more sugar/salt consumption = the likelihood of illnesses and health problems, and more visits to the doctors, to me that means less return customers (sugar and salt lead to more deaths today than ever, so dead people buy no shit lol).
You can't imagine how many times I couldn't eat fries from HJ's and McDonald's because of the amount of salt they add to them. Whenever I go through a fast food place these days, I never order soft drink, and I always ask for fries with no salt (I know they have to cook them fresh and that might piss them off, but I wouldn't have to had they not added that much salt on the bloody fries in the first place).
For those who are unaware, there's a relatively new product called Nuttvia which is a hazelnut spread that tastes very similar to Nutella but is sweetened with stevia instead of sugar. It's currently on special making it only slightly dearer than Nutella at RRP. Sure, it's still not healthy, but I recommend it over Nutella.

Looks cool - i might have to pick one up.
From my experience stevia doesn't taste very nice… if it's in large quantities it has this odd 'bitter' aftertaste and isn't so great for making beverages or desserts with.
In smaller amounts it tastes ok.
Went to my local drakes in Modbury SA, and they didn't have this price nor is it in any SA catalogue that I can find…
My favourite genetically-modified hazelnut spread!
