The reviews on these are god-awful.

Poor fit, no bass, feel cheap. Buyer beware.

    • I have the v2's and agree with the poor fit comments.

    • Anyone mention the false advertising in those bad reviews? They have a wire from one earphone to the other…

PS. Thanks for the heads up. Was looking for something new, but will skip over these.

I would agree with that - these are terrible earphones; the chord gets stuck on your neck, the earphones dont stay in properly, the sound is average at best, and the volume is limited.

I would go for the Backbeat Fit 2, or the Backbeat Pro if I were looking at headphones from these guys.

good price. already have the bbgo 1 and 2. tempting..

    • BBGo2 is infinitely better in quality than this PoS. Honestly stay away.

      • bbgo 1 > bbgo 2 for me. bbgo2 has no real improvements over the original and battery life is still the same.

        • Well.. I couldnt comment on BBGo1 as I never owned a pair - didnt look too much different except the ear-wings (which I never use anyway). I do have a BBGo Pro 1 as well and they are all good products. Just was stunned at how bad this was compared to the other models. My $10 Bluedio Chinese BT headphones sounded better than this.

Be wary when buying headphones for JB. They have no return policy on headphones if they're opened. Try your luck at other retailers. Officerworks' normal return policy applies to headphones too. Much better place to buy.

Australian consumer law prohibits this policy, If the item is faulty they by law must replace. If its a change of mind or not what you wanted, tough

I got some Sony sports ones from JB and they fit like crap, hurt my ears. Took them straight back and they let me change them for another brand

I got this pair and it is awful. The worst product I've ever heard coming from a major brand. No Bass is an understatement, buggy as hell. The volume turns to zero after you charge it. It is slightly better than the BBGo2 in battery life, but the BBGo2 sounds so much better. I don't normally ask for my money back, but this was so bad that I contacted Plantronics to ask for a full refund. Basically palmed me off back to the retailer (unfortunately Ebay) and that they cannot comment on the quality of the sound.

    Stay away people.

I paid $149.99 for these July '16 and echo the buyer beware comments. My observations are a. I couldn't get them to stay in my ears b. they're are extremely light on bass c. I found connecting them to Bluetooth intermittent.

I think anyone thinking of purchasing this product would change their mind after reading the reviews on the JB Hifi website. At least we can conclude that JB Hifi do not 'bodgy up' their own reviews to make them look better.

On the topic of returned in ear headphones, I definitely would not want to purchase a pair that had been returned by someone else.

  • I was hoping these were active noise cancelling. Looking for in-ear bluetooth under $100.00

  • I have a QCY19 and use it every day - stays in ear, okay sounds quality and cheap as chips (USD19 https://www.aliexpress.com/item/QCY-QY19-sports-headphones-b…).
Would recommend it if you are thinking about buying your first wireless.

    • I have a pair of these, whilst they are good for their price, I'd recommend the Meizu EP51's for a little more: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/320672

      • Have you tried / compared both?

        • +1

Yeah, I felt the Meizu's sounded noticeably better, enough bass for me too. Personally, I can't max them out as it's too loud. I use them for gym sessions and sometimes watching some TV on my mobile phone. Gave the QCY's to my missus. lol

  • Coupon for those who needs it….

  • Sound quality-aside, I didn't notice much difference from the Go2, these stay in better only if you get the wings right, but the worst thing for me is the voice telling you "next track" or "previous" track when you skip, rather than a quick beep from the 2's. I wish I had not bought them based on that alone ;( If there's some way to remove that I'd LOVE to hear about it!

  • Confession - I took the bullet and bought a pair, ordered online thinking being Plantronics couldn't be as bad as people say.
Today i went back to JB HI-FI and returned the headsets with disappointment.
