  Didn't realise that new one had two meat patties. I had to take one out as I knew there was no hope of me eating the whole thing :s

Have not tried their burgers but their steaks are good. Didn't like the sickly sweet Jack Daniel's sauce though.

The deal itself is quite a good one for patrons of the restaurant so that gets a positive, but I'd have to give TGIF a negative for their prices.

I have never actually been into a TGIF restaurant but the coupon made me look at their menu more closely since it offered savings of up to $21.95. Having now been to their website and looked at the menu, I'm still shocked that anyone would ever pay that much for a burger and fries. I don't care if it has two meat patties - that's one overpriced meal!!

  Most restraunts (ie. not fish and chips shops) you would be looking a around $16+ for a burger with chips. Add an extra patty and some onion rings, i don't think it's that outrageous.
