    Last time I bought the PB, I didn't receive the item for over 4 weeks. When I enquired, they said returned by Customs, and refunded. Has anyone actually received these?
    EDIT: On last page for placing order, it says "This item cannot be shipped to Australia."

    Just thought I would post an update:

    ZERO response (other than automated ones) from tomtop after sending them 3 emails, all with original order details included and worded very simply as I expect the response in chinglish.

    paypal dispute started to reclaim my cash from this bunch of jokers.

      I've had to do the same. Even though their chat agent told me I wasn't getting my order filled; I've received no formal notification from them that the order has been cancelled; and no indication of when they'll be providing me a refund.

        I had to tell them I would open a paypal dispute to get a refund and then manually processed it then.. email [email protected]

          Thanks for the tip. I've attempted to contact them before and had no response. I've just emailed them again to tell them I've opened a PayPal dispute.

          So I finally got a response from them:

          Dear customer,
          I am sorry that the custom in you country do not allow pure battery to go through after we have tried.So we have to refund you about your order.
          I am sorry again.
          And the refund would be arrived in 1 to 3 days.
          Thanks for support. Have a nice day.

          Awesome; so after waiting a month, and after several emails from me, and a Paypal dispute; they've decided to give me a refund.

          It's been a pretty crap experience with TomTop. Ignoring the fact that I'm annoyed about not getting my items; the customer service experience was non-existent. So I'll not be shopping with these guys again; nor will I be recommending them to anyone.

          I got that email too and no refund after a week, hence telling them I was going to open a dispute if they didn't process it. They then refunded me the $$

    I got the DJI Mavic battery I ordered from them but it doesn't appear to be new. Fingerprints all over it when I opened it. How can I dispute this?

    Just received a refund after sending up a follow-up message asking if they were able to look further into it. Mentioned that I may open a dispute as well and they issued the PayPal refund without even replying to me.

    Glad I'm getting my refund but I don't think I'll ever buy from TomTop again.

    This guy is fairly dodgy.
    They may use the low price to catch eyeballs.
    I purchased the XiaoMi Power Bank. They gave me a false tracking number, which cannot track anywhere. After a month, they told me the item was returned, when I chat with them online. They can only refund to me with the excuse of cannot ship the item.

      I got a tracking number too with my power bank order but it was invalid. Pretty dodgy way of giving false sense of security.

      seriously need to consider banning TomTop deals here.

    Ordered and paid for the 20k PB on 16/07/2017, item never arrived. No response despite multiple attempts to contact them. Paypal dispute raised on 26/08, refund provided on 29/08. Going to avoid Tomtop in the future.
