    I just did a quick k google, Apple Watches seem to have a battery capacity between 280-300mAh. So you should get at least 3 full charges from a new battery.

        Keyring Power Bank for Apple Watch, or something like that as I think that's what it's intended to charge.

        Also, can't think of a better place to put a lipo battery than somewhere that'll get knocked around and bang into other keys a fair bit

      I doubt very much that this will actually charge anywhere near the 1000mAh it stores, even if it did store that much which is questionable.
