I wouldn't touch this. Bad reviews and I wouldn't trust Kogan with my life.
A battery fire from a high capacity poorly manufactured LiPo battery can burn your car or house down to the ground. Kogan are not well known for consistent high quality goods. They sell the cheapest of the cheap.

Maybe your unit is OK and if you remember to regularly top up the charge every single month it'll last more than a year, but I wouldn't risk it. LiPo batteries with bad quality controllers will discharge to a level where they won't accept a charge.
I haven't had good experiences buying non-brandname battery jumpstarters, one swelled after a year and two failed completely after a year then replacements also failed after a year. I kept them in a garage while charging surrounded with bricks just in case they caught fire.
Buy a GOOLOO or a NOCO instead. I've had two GOOLOO jumpstarters for the past three years and they are both still going strong, being used to jump-start V8s and also occasionally being used as USB battery banks charged with a small 25W solar panel.
You can also check out Project Farm, there are other decent brands but not all are cheap nor available in Australia:
