    LOL.. in their defence, they do have some rather flexible credit policy & decent online functionality. So if you combine this credit at ANZ with a cashback at Naritas you could end up with a decent deal when measured over a likely retention period of 2-3 years ;)

    Examples - NAB 2yr fixed interest rate of 3.69, Auswide 3 yr fixed interest rate at 3.69 ….ANZ is not where near this offer…

      Its 2 years fixed at 3 69% with 350000 rewards point(approximately $1800 coles Myer Woolworth webjet n many more)

        @varunynr: NAB is advertising their Choice Package 2yr fixed at 3.88%p.a. headline interest rate. However, they do have a 2yr fixed offer specifically targeted at first home buyers at 3.69%p.a. headline interest rate that is presently coupled to a 350,000 reward point promotion (as Adii pointed out above).

        NB: Most of the major banks will consider custom pricing (i.e. providing rates that are not publicly advertised). YMMV depending on how high value a customer/proposition you are to the lender.
