      hi dear, considering we are oversea company and ship it from China by cheap normal shipping way, so the shipping time might be 3-5 weeks. but better later than never, what do you think?

        Good to see that the Reps. are active on Ozbargain. Saying that you are shipping from China, there are other sellers as well, which do not take that long.

        Also anybody buying needs to know that the wait can be upto 3-5 weeks.

        Shipping from China never takes that long in my experience. Usually under a week for high value goods.

        You might want to look into your shipping arrangements.

        I'd say with a 3-5 week wait it's better never than late by not ordering.

        Also, calling people 'dear' is weird. It's a term of affection and endearment, not really appropriate in business communications. Just for your information.

      Why don't you pay for express postage then if you want it faster? 3-4 weeks is normal for standard post. Blame it on Austpost for the slow delivery. Normally from China to Sydney takes about 7-10 days. It's from Sydney to other states that takes more than two weeks.

        People who had theirs shipped after received theirs first. Makes no sense…. I had my box shipped 14th June and still waiting.

        Someone had theirs shipped on the 19th of June, already received.

          Ordered mine on the last deal. Paid on 9/6, shipped on 23/6 and literally just received it today. Pretty standard non-express China shipping I reckon with the likes of Gearbest, geekbuying, bandgood, AliExpress, etc.

          If it comes inside 3 weeks, I consider it quick based on my experience.

          If you pay express shipping, then around 1 week.

          As an Importer for my employment, 4 weeks is typical sea freight shipping time, 1 week typical for airfreight unless you pay express.

    I bought this from LITB last time, and it took somewhere between 3 and 4 weeks to arrive (tracking was useless btw). I wasn't in a hurry so it didn't bother me, but if you want it before mid August best look elsewhere.
    EDIT: Shipping was free, so I guess I can't complain.

      I'm into my fifth week of waiting now. Hope it arrives this week rather than breaking new shipping records. As you said, shipping was free, I knew it would test my patience.

    I bought some torches from these guys and the torches arrived after 3-4 weeks. However, I have been spammed by these guys ever since, despite unsubscribing numerous times from their emails.

    The torches were cheap and are great, but I would think twice before buying again, or dont use your main email address. I am not the only one, if you do a search in Ozbargain.

    Does Xiaomi make a model with Gigabit RJ45? Or should I look for another brand?

    Love the reputation of Xiaomi, but my house is fully wired and I'm not going to deal with trying to stream 4K over wifi.

    I ordered the Xiaomi Air 13 Laptop Monday . It arrived this morning so less than 48 hours. The only shipping option was "Express Expedited" (DHL) which wasfree. It shows $847 AUD on my 28 degrees card. If the $67 showing on cash rewards comes through it'll be $780.

          @tomkun01: Looks good, feels robust. Screen is lovely. I don't like the keyboard backlght from some angles (which I'd ready in reveiws) but thats minor.

          I could get the windows 10 key in the BIOS to work for an English SL version, but I has a spare win10 key so I didn't try too hard.
