OP why would you want two of these?
For LEGO enthusiasts it's all about the pieces… if you're building your own models, it's sometimes useful to have a set that contains a lot of the pieces you need.
This set has a large quantity of "cheese slopes" — little triangular sloping bits useful for capping.
Related to this, there's also a semi-profitable business activity that involves buying sets at discount, then separating out and listing all the individual pieces for sale (a process known as "parting").
The way the economics of micro-transactions work out, this set's contents might ultimately sell for $500-$750.
(LEGO people who think I've given away secrets: have no fear, it's pretty hard work with uncertain demand and you really need to enjoy sorting to even consider it.)
Or some collectors like to build one and keep another set unopened for investment or collecting purpose.
