While it is the cheapest Samsung branded netbook on Static Ice, it isn't the cheapest N450 netbook — best deal by far was the $199 Acer eMachine.

That is definitely the cheapest N150 I have seen. Out of all the other competing netbooks with the same specs (N450), it is regarded as the best, along with the Asus eee pc 1005PE.

I prefer Toshiba to Samsung as a notebook brand
With harddrives I'm more unsure
