We need your help to Warm Up West
June 12 – July 7

Clean out, donate & be rewarded
Time to gather up those extra clothes that you no longer wear & put them to good use.
Trade in a bag (minimum 3 clean items in good condition) for a $10 Stockland gift card.
Bring your donations to the Customer Care Desk, Target Mall opposite Prouds.
Limit one gift card per person per day.
Only 100 gift cards available each day.

  why just to asylum seekers? why not anyone living below the poverty line? why discriminate?

    Glad you brought it up. Disadvantage is not specified by age, sex or race. To favour one group over another is just plain discrimination.

    As for asylum seekers I do believe support for them is excessive compared to helping other disadvantaged groups in our community.

  I think you are ill informed. Perhaps a little research on the Australian Red Cross site might put your mind at rest. But in any case, we are talking about clothing you no longer wear and would dispose of or donate. If your worried about it then you might look at spreading the love and donate your castoffs to this as well as other causes like the Smith Family etc.
