Where do you enter the code into?
I get to the point where I have to enter CC details and it still hasn't asked me :/
After you have pressed "Buy Tickets" on the main home page…
On desktop, up the top of the pop up window there is a tab which says "Promotional Code".
On mobile, press the hamburger (3 line) menu button, then enter the code in the black box.
edit: never mind, the promo code gives flexible tickets + audio commentary for the price of family tickets
