    I'm done with MyProtein. Last two batches of WPI have have a STRONG chemical taste making me very ill.

      Wouldn't even be using cheap protein powders, most have fillers and sugars. My mass gainer even has less sugars than their unflavored wpi

        Hey sorry for a month long reply, rarely check my notifications. I take it in the morning and just before bed. I find my recovery is better and soreness is also reduced. Leg days still take their toll regardless, however the pains gone by the third day. I find i rarely get sick when im taking an increased amount of glutamine. I take public transport to work, so everyone's coughing everywhere, whereas when i don't take it, ill catch a cold or whatever off them.
