Even though the link is the red one I forgot to mention that I recommend getting the black model as the red one can produce reflections in macro shots.

I have the TG-3 (pretty much the same) and it's great camera. Macro is indeed loads of fun.
As a newbie I linked the other one as there were <10 of the black version. What's the go if multiple eBay listing's at the same store?

Tg-5 is $560 (after 20% off), probably is not $200 better tho.
Depends what you're after - I can vouch for the TG-4 and it has aperture priority mode which I think is missing from the TG-5
