          @ekto: I also bought it on Wednesday, with the 20% off sale. I tried live chat and got a guy called Bill who wasn't helpful at all. I sent an email instead, maybe a different rep will see it. If that doesn't work, oh well. The shoes are great btw, Nike Free Train Versatility.

      Honestly, I'd recommend going to Athletes Foot and getting the foot test done, so you get the right shoes for your feet.

      Sure, you'll pay a premium for this, but I've ran previously in shoes that weren't right for my feet. Ended up getting sore knees, due to the way I run (my feet roll inwards after landing) and the shoes I had weren't supportive for this.

      Since I've acquired the right type of shoes for my feet, I haven't gotten any knee pain when running.

      Obviously not the most popular advice on Ozbargain (spend more), but when it comes to running, the right shoe for your foot and the way it rolls after it hits the ground makes all the difference.

          And they're right mostly, I wouldn't recommend the expensive route any other time, but through my personal experience in this regard, can state that by doing so, I don't get knee pain when running anymore. I put that down to the shoes I wear now, as nothing else has changed (if anything, I'm heavier now than I was before when running and getting the knee pain).
