Staff said it's all new. However, some are in box, some are in basket. Bought a pair with no scratches or marks
I went to the previous RM sale @ Paddington, the experience was so bad I bought them full price on Nungar instead. lol

$400+ at DFO i checked the other day. Honestly fit like a glove and were comfortable. Will get a pair later this year.

These are good quality boots that will last you 10 years.Recently bought a pair of boots from Windsor Smith for $200 and it's already falling apart after 15 months.
I have Docs that are about 10 years old, don't wear them every day anymore though. Prefer Free Runs and they last me 18 months.
RM Williams will last you 10 years - everyday use.
I'm starting to learn this too, I bought a pair of hush puppy boots on sale (OzB post) and they are already stretched and starting to fail in under 6 months.
Australian Consumer Law - take it back and ask for refund.
There are a few makes of essentially the same designs that are Australian made and a quarter of the price.
Rossi are one, there are others as well.
Melbourne based brand called Harrolds as well I think
The only Rossi model that I could find that somewhat resemble RMs is the "Tennant" boot - made in Portugal. $190 though.
They are boots in the same way that Kia and Bugatti are cars.
Having said that, I went to the sale and it was pretty terrible. The boots didn't look pristine. I walked out of there with nothing that caught my attention.
@LoopyLou: I was talking about the sale in Adelaide in my second paragraph. Many people were buying things. As far as anything good goes, the boots looked "tired" to me. Not glistening like at retail. Nothing impressed me much, but I'm not much of a country kind of guy.
