      Fair question, here are some answers:
      
      You can get the real product (not a replica/fake) for nearly the same price as the fakes!
      
      Get the official 6 year warranty in Australia
      
      The real product costs more because it is the real thing. It cannot be compared with the lack of quality from replica/fake items.
      
      Most people who are serious about photography, we've found, don't like being fooled into paying good money for fake products. And when you can save $168 to $250 for local stock delivered immediately, and get the real thing with 6 years Aussie warranty, what other reasons would one need?
      
      About yours, which model did you buy, exactly?

      As a general rule the carbon fibre ones are quite a bit lighter, if you're referring to our last deal it's the same weight, but this carbon fibre unti (P-326S) has 6 sections and folds down to this!(https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/312779)

  Excellent question. The warranty only applies to real products bought from authorised dealers. Many of our Sirui products are exclusive to us, but we're authorised for all Sirui products. So if you want to make sure, when you get your item, make note of the serial number, and email Sirui in China to ask the factory to confirm it is what we say it is.
