They cancelled my order after not understanding instructions given. Their customer service is shocking and I had to call their head office to complain. Insisted I did NOT want to speak to anyone at an overseas call centre.
Sorry to hear that. What sort of instructions did you give them? Mine are at the post office ready to be picked up today.
I asked whether it was POSSIBLE to cancel the order after I realised I didn't enter the eBay code and re-order and to let me know. I never said "please cancel my order" was just asking whether it was possible to cancel and re-order. But sure enough they went ahead and just cancelled my order. They operate their call centre in the Philippines and their agents just follow instructions like robots without actually reading and understanding customer requests. My fault though as I should not have expected anything better since I have first hand experience with these call centres. Should have just placed another order anyway and not waited for any response from them that way if they did the incorrect thing at least I'd have a backup.
