it has so many tools.
pretty much only ever use the bottle opener. and sometimes the knife.
There are many options (though not on this particular site). The knife I've had since I was a boy has three tools (including the bottle opener).
However one should very much consider whether they have a use for such a thing and if so, to what extent and to what 'expansiveness'.
Some teenagers like Nintendo and camping, why do you assume it has to be one or the other?

I've had many swiss army style knives in the past, but none have ever been as useful as the leatherman which I have now.
I've seen bad posts but this takes the cake. OP assumes everyone knows all the different brands/models of Swiss Army Knives so they don't bother putting it in the title or description, instead chooses to have a go at Nintendo by calling them rubbish?

Well spotted. These can be excellent gifts. I still use the Champ my father found in 1972.
Take a look at the Swiss Soldier's Knife. I find it much more comfortable (size, weight and single handed opening) and practical especially out in the bush. Last time I checked this is what they were issuing to the Swiss army.
Can be had for <$60 on sale.
It's a good thing the Nintendo Switch is portable and handheld.
