Yay probably jv will buy 2.
The multi tools are great, I need another one as those imbecile security droids at the airport stole mine recently.
Next time kick it under the rubbish bin at the airport and pick it up on return.
At least a $2 multi tool is better than having $1000s of tradie-tools confiscated from the guy in-front of me at the security queue last time, no idea why he thought that power tools, nail guns etc would be allowed as carry-on baggage.
Nah.
No way I'd be kicking a small weapon under a bin at an airport. Enjoy the feds swooping on you and a few hours of questioning. They'll need to justify their jobs, so get comfy.'confiscated'…you mean STOLEN.
Sydney domestic let me through with it.. Brisbane however did not :/
It was at Brisbane International departure, so no chance, but I like Wolfy's idea. In the end it was my own fault to forget it was in my bag, and it was only a $3 investment!
Broome yes, Perth no, go figure
Private security morons, so go figure…consistently inconsistent. Even with all the yelling & generally confrontational nature of the process, TSA in the states are always polite. NZ has a government run airport security service and they are excellent, polite and efficient. Having to deal with class 1 idiots from Group 4 or whoever it happens to be at Aussie airports is the worst part about flying.
My experience with this tool is that it sucked badly
At Canberra airport last year, they stole my nail-clippers/file key-ring! LOL. The file was not even one of those ones that ends in a point, it had a rounded end. I asked whether they were worried I would 'clip' someone to death, or 'file' someone to death. This resulted in ludicrously grave looks all round (but smirks from other passengers behind me in the line), so I just shuffled on in bewilderment.
Orderz muzt be obeyd und never qvestioned!
Had $1.01 credit leftover just lying around on the SCA Club member where you pay $5 and get $10 in credit. Used that on the multi-tool… :)
$2 multi tool! That's Mother's Day sorted.
Sorted but probably in a hospital with SCA $2 knife wound… ;-)
If only the delivery wasn't $14!
That's why you were assigned a mum. Send her pick it up for you and when she comes back - surprise! She can keep it!
Rad is that u lol
She's in England!!
The $5 pvc tape would go a long way on mothers day
Great for an upcoming overseas trip, stowed in checked-in luggage of course.
Uh oh…….we have a V2 model for $4 oh the dilemma !!!
