[email protected]Are you going to refund the priority shipping payments?
"we will continue to provide all of our new and existing customers with the best service possible."
-If that was the best service you can provide, then I feel sorry for your future customers. You should work on improving not just your delivery times but more importantly the way you deal with your customers - e.g., timely communication, honouring your T&Cs, be more flexible, and a whole lot of other things that hopefully you can work out for yourselves by reading all the comments and feedbacks on this thread.
Yes, as you pointed out we will be striving to make our customer service better based on the feedback we have received and our strong desire to offer our customers the best service possible.
our strong desire to offer our customers the best service possible
Lol.
That does not answer Member BaryGusey's question …
Are you going to refund the priority shipping payments? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/4979491/redir
@PJC: We prioritized these customer orders, plus gave out a 7% discount code for their next purchase which in most cases will be more beneficial for them than a refund or store credit of the $5 itself.
@RoboGuy: 7% off another item is not beneficial if they don't want anything else. Even if they did, you think they would get it from you after you stooged them on paying $5 for "priority shipping" which was no faster than normal shipping?
You're never going to change based on this response. I hope you never do business again.
@unco: There seems to be some confusion as to what Priority Shipping meant, on our shipping page in the checkout Priority was listed as 'Priority (Get Your Order Shipped First)' and we did our best in every situation to make sure that priority orders were dispatched for delivery in Australia first.
I don't think he gets the point at all.
@RoboGuy: Can you not see what is happening to your credibility here? Your answers are derisory and surreal.
@RoboGuy: You were unable to perform Shipping within a standard timeframe. Therefore Priority Shipping was unavailable and did not occur.
@RoboGuy: Everyone is born with a gift. Some are good with numbers and some make good doctors. You on the other hand do not have an aptitude for business.
@RoboGuy: How is that priority shipping? You shipped them all in the same container anyway. Love the fact that you wont accept any responsibility and can't bring yourself to apologise for your complete incompetence. Pro-tip, if you had acted a bit more human and less like the 'entrepreneur' you think you are, people may actually would have given you another chance. You seem to be void of any emotions/sympathy which any person can pick up on and haven't shown any signs that you've learned from this disaster. Seriously, show some humility or do yourself a favour and get a 9-5.
@RoboGuy: You are an absolute piece of work!
If the robots weren’t the scam, the $5 priority certainly was!
You are an absolute liar. There would have been no way you “priority” shipped any orders from the dock. They all would have been done at the same time. Not to mention the delays…
You are not just a shoddy business, but a terrible human being Roboguy. Good luck to you in life. I highly doubt you’ll go anywhere without a serious wake up call. Somehow this issue clearly wasn’t enough.
we did our best in every situation to make sure that priority orders were dispatched for delivery in Australia first.
Thank you for saying you tried your best.
Priority Metro delivery in Sydney arrived five days after non priority orders were received. I did get my tracking number over a week before it became active and before most people so there is that.
There seems to be some confusion as to what Priority Shipping meant,…
Have you considered a career in politics? I think you'd do well.
@RoboGuy:
Priority shipping after 3 Months wait ? You should have just refunded all those who payed the $5 Extra. Morals should have just kicked in. You just dont Get it.You're truly unbelievable and I'm so glad I didn't give my money to a business like you.
People paid $5 extra thinking that they will get their orders processed first. Yes, it is different to the concept of express shipping but either way you led people to believe they will get their orders earlier if they pay extra.
Due to your amateurish business conduct, the whole point of priority shipping became a moot point since you screwed everyone over yet you are refusing to refund measly $5 when they waited this long?
Anyone who buys from you in the future are stupid. I will be blunt lolIf that is your case, why did you agree to refund me $5 before I decided to pull the plug? lol
Everyone still bothering to read this thread, how do we ban Roboguy from posting any future deals on OzB?
Can only revoke my positive vote unfortunately :(
Here's your chance: https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/324385
@m9:
Wow don't know how I missed that, this guy surely has a screw loose if he's posting as if nothing bad has happened!@unco: He lives in his own little dream world where he can do no wrong and it's always someone else's fault.
@unco: He really does. No one is this silly. Are they?
@m9:
I love how he has "Fast shipping" plastered all over his website. yeah right…
@djc926:
More BS from this #@$!
Wow. I cannot believe RoboGuy emerges after all this time. And this is the ONLY reason. Because he has more goods to sell.
I have actually forgotten all of the issues throughout this process..perhaps people can chip in.
No apology for any of this BS
Created a group buy thread then didn’t appear for the last 6-8 weeks.
Items arrived in the country 4 weeks ago ,and he advised that they would all go out priority and hoped to have them all delivered by 26th July. It is now August 17th and some customers are still waiting.
Total lies, BS and lack of transparency regarding all issues throughout the 100+ day period from ordering to receiving.
Complete disregard for customers and hiding to avoid answering honestly.
Thought he had been scammed by the Chinese middleman but didn’t even tell his customers for weeks.
Totally ignored everybody who advised him to provide feedback, then said he had no feedback during this entire period where behind the scenes he thought he had been scammed.
Refused to refund his customers even though it complied with his own T&CS's
Gave false general tracking in numerous Paypal disputes.
Didn't even bother to answer Paypal in most of his disputes and just let the time tick away…
This has to be the WORST deal that I have ever read.
The guy doesn't learn and I actually cannot believe that he has the audacity to emerge again to promote another deal. If there is such a thing as Karma then this guy is destined for a really bad life.
Don't forget during the time he thought he was scammed by the middleman, took a trip to Hong Kong to ensure the supplier was legit, with the only proof of his trip being photos of the vacuums with "his shoes" showing.
Meanwhile, still doesn't inform customers of the delays until he has returned from the trip.I feel like this guy is in denial. Or is just so thick headed that he doesn't realise the anger that has built up in his customer base.
Coming on here and posting a generic "We are looking forward to doing business with you in the future" just shows that he hasn't opened his eyes to what needs addressing.
Offering 7% off a future item? As Patches O'Houlihan would say "that's about as useful as a c*ck flavoured lollipop". There's just no use for it.
Roboguy/Izaak Lorenz is offering blanks, thinking everyone here is not bright enough to see what he's doing.
The 7% voucher means having to spend money with him again which nobody will do after this experience. What an insult. And for him to come on here still defending himself rather than trying to win back customers is what angers everyone even more.
This stuff needs to be exposed so nobody else falls in to the trap of dealing with someone like this.
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/324385
Looks like his trying to off load the cancelled ordersPROTIP: Don't send out emails directing people to give honest feedback on review sites if you don't want honest feedback.
Another $399 ripped back from Robodick.
I'm not very impressed by the time that PayPal took to close the case after the ten days of silence from this (profanity) idiot. 5 business days to 'review' this case.
Ironically I would have received the damn thing has I not raised the dispute, but this was about the principal.
I got my vaccuum on the 16th of August. :)
Can someone check something for me. It appears that I paid $490 (including $5 shipping).
I thought I got 2x cleaning kits. Wonder how the two cleaning kits came to $45 each? Is that pricing correct?
This is the kicker; I was only sent one cleaning kit (1x main brush, 1x side brush, 1xfilter) and one extra main brush. I have emailed Roboguy with the pics etc.
Happy with the vaccuum tho.
Did you get an invoice? It should be itemised. If not check the PayPal transaction, it could be listed there as well.
I didn't get an itemised invoice unfortunately…. :(
shouldnt the initial email confirmation state what you ordered with the pricing?
Did you get an invoice at all?
Wow, this Roboguy is one of a kind. After what he has done to so many people here, not even remotely showing any sorry or apologetic about the whole saga.
So glad I didn't give my money to this guy in the end, best decision ever to lodge dispute with PayPal
Not sure why, but i keep coming back to this thread :)
We come back more than the seller.. Irrational..
He just creates a new thread instead.
agree, i am going to every deal he posts and curse at him :)
lol 😂
The latest from RobUGuy if anyone hasn't seen it already…
His mockery of OzBargainers continues.
You missed this one https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/325616
Lol!
Pay $50 extra each for two vacs to be in the running to win a $35 prize self-valued at up to $50!
So since I have my vac now, I didn't sign for it and I haven't been reimbursed my five dollar priority fee maybe I can claim only the five bucks on paypal, or maybe I need to go for the whole lot? Would that be covered by "doing my best in every situation" to only claim back the five bucks?
Honestly, claiming back the whole lot instead of just the five bucks was beyond my control, I was a victim of paypal.
I'll keep you informed every step of the way robomate!
if i were you, i will let it go and possibly write whole lot of reviews and every post Roboguy posts would get my negative feedback. Target should be to make him to loose more business than this $5.
This store is currently BANNED from store representative posts.
Reason: Too many rep posted deals garnering negative or no votes (Rep only) Expiry: 22/09/2017 - 23:52finally, but it should be at least 3 months. He already delayed people orders over 3 months
Our next target should be the 1 year ban.
so what should be done.
Come here to neg so people don't get screwed over again.
I found his ebay listing: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/112539392719 such a shame we can't warn those on ebay.
omguleh
Thanks for the Heads up. Will warn others. $5 Dollar dear than his Website. Thinks we are Idiots :)still with the +ve vote though
like many voicing their "disgust"
If you know of a way to change it to a negative vote I'd love to hear about it.
@BaryGusey: go to Votes above, find your name and click the red - to revoke your vote
too late to vote -ve
@HeXa: FANTASTIC! Where were you three months ago when I needed you?
@HeXa:
Thanks, Brilliant.
In case you wish to revoke your plus-vote … https://www.ozbargain.com.au/comment/5020742/redir
lol, he's even raised the price for the 10% paint deal
"RoboGuy is under maintenance.
Please come visit us later."Looks like his got all his items on eBay now.
Wrong, back at it again with the robot vacuum…
https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/331543Looks like his first ban is over. Time to let others know this guys isn't to be trusted.
koalafied,
I set Up an Alert, He is the Worst Seller I have ever had to deal with.I don't know much about it, but having read most of these comments it seems to be some young kid running this shady shopping site. Will stay cautious…
Bought air purifier and the thing lasted 6 weeks use. It is now kaput. Sigh…
He keeps on harking about Australian warranty. Let's see how well it works. Failure after 6 weeks, should be an exchange unit no? Keep us updated :)
Logged support request and he called.
For whatever reasons, it works now. I mean, plugged in the power cable and it starts beeping and back to running. I'll keep an eye on the device and if it occurs again will request an exchange. Hopefully it was a one off thing.
or wasted 100 bucks
