I am rolling with a generic woolworths pan now, so I assume one of these might be around 5 times better?
probably not, Woollies ones lasts me 12-18 month before sticky, expensive ones not even twice that long.
shame Woollies haven't had their pans for $9 for a long while.
I can't speak for this particular pan but IMO the Essteele brand is great.
I now own most of the copper based stainless steel pot/pans. Been using them every 2-3 days for about 4 years without issue. Having said that I would still never pay DJ or Myer RRP. You can usually find on sale around 100-200 cheaper.
I'm pretty interested to try this myself… I can't find much info on exactly what this 'BarrierSHIELD' technology is though… Also it does come with a life time warranty :)
I have Essteele and the quality is great though can't say what their pans are like, but I'd think there's no reason why it wouldn't be good too. The fact is, sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes you don't.
