Does anyone else think Borders are a little slow in the shipping department? it's been 13 days since my last order and so far I've only recieved a third of it, was hoping more of it would arrive today but nope still nothing, my last book depository order arrived in 7 days
No, My book came the next day after I purchased it.
Their shipping is terrible. I haven't seen any business like this before.
I ordered 2 books, both of them in stock.
One ship after 4 days and the other one ship after 8 days.
That doesn't mean I got it yet, just only they sent an email to tell
me that they already ship it!!
Absolutely! Borders shipping is the worst in the world. I can't believe some of you are getting yours in days.
The first time I ordered a couple books… they took weeks to arrive. On August 10 I ordered another book and it was despatched 2 days later and still hasn't arrived. On August 15 I ordered another book, then got an email August 16 saying it would not be despatched until September 1.
All of their delivery dates are quoted as despatch + 2 weeks and they mean it. Slow as hell, and way more expensive than Amazon, though the 30% discounts and free shipping sometimes even it out.
Sadly thats good to hear as I thought it was just me! I only ordered Penguin classics it said they were in stock but still havent turned up.
