My Ultimate Ears from logitechshop have fallen apart in a few months and they aren't responding to warranty queries so I'll be staying away from this one.

    • did you make a RMA request?

    • Did you request a rma from your account , its simple jusyrequest RMA , send them back , get new ones .

    • I'm in the same boat. I have a pair of UE superfi5 EBs. Both ear pieces have stopped working and the cord is broken. I contacted ultimate ears Australia and US and they will not give me a refund. Terrible product and service.

      • Broken cord will be treated as physical damage.

        • my pair from logitechshop fell apart after 2 weeks due to a design flaw in the headphone jack which resulted in the cord being dislodged from the jack. Definitely don't buy; LTS don't give a crap about RMA they just tell you to send the item with no RMA or formal process whatsoever. AVOID!

  • Thought these sounded great when I tried them but already had some RE0 at the time. Got some Westone2 now but at $99 I can't pass it up.

    • I have RE0 and ER4p and shure e2c, this earphone is definitely a pass.

  • DO owners of these get 'crackling' from the earpiece when adjusting placement in the ear? I was thinking that they could be adjusting to the noise canceling or…. something?

    • That's cord damage..

  • Interesting. "LOGITECHSHOP DOES NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES", and also, "NO, we are NOT able to ship to an address other than your billing address." Makes it a bit hard for people like me whose PO Box IS their billing address! I wish people would forget the old wives' tale that PO boxes are somehow dodgy. I had to provide multiple forms of ID to get my PO box, which is behind a locked door and securely locked itself. But I don't need any ID to wait by someone's flimsy letterbox and steal the mail after the postie's been.
