Have been holding off Dell for a long time after seeing all the various reviews and experiences from users all around. Desperately needing a laptop I finally pulled the plug and thought I'd give it a go..
Here's the story..
Dell had expedited my delivery for the 3rd of April however this was not the case!
So I call up Dell Support to check on the status and they've stated that the item would be delivered by the 5th/6th April..
Not wanting to cause a fuss, I said "alright and if it does not arrive I'll just call back"
The guy did not sound one bit interested in his work…
Oh and another thing, the fact that you have no knowledge of the whereabouts on your delivery sucks.. was told that tracking would only be available on the day of delivery..
Worst first experience imo
i think you are over reacting. It takes a while to pack the items, ship them, have them picked up and delivered. It has only been a day. Things can get delayed. Just wait till 6th of April before making such accusations. You haven't even waited till the delivery date before shaming
