first post. best price seen for Philips Lumea Essentials IPL, pretty good solution to cheap permanent hair removal.
can be used anywhere on the body.
essentially similar to Philips other more expensive options with decent lamp flashes

  Reliability doesn't seem to be the best. Most of these units fail within an year.

  Laser hair removal is not permanent, it may reduce the hair, but there will always be some regrowth.

  Looking at the video on the Philips website it seems to be corded. I assume it would also come with a 12 month warranty being Philips and sold via Myers, so there should be some recourse if there are issues. I just ordered one for my wife, she has been looking out for a home laser removal for ages.

  Regarding this item, I bought it from this deal and received an empty box. The warranty/instruction booklets were there but the device and charger were not. I just filed a return on eBay. Totally unhappy.
