This spacious and sturdy storage comes from the ABSCO Eco-nomy range, which features high-tensile steel that has lower cost and environmental impact. Even its packaging is made of 100% recyclable materials.

Slightly deeper than the more popular 3m x 3m shed, this lets you add shelves or racks at the back and still have enough space for a riding mower, a bike or other large equipment. The double doors at the gable end give you easy access to whatever is stored inside.

The SNAPTiTE system makes it easy to install, while the quality metal sheets makes it simple to maintain. It’s one of our hot-selling products, so order right away!

Dimensions

Width 3m
Depth 3.66m
Height 2.06m at the gable

Package Dimensions | Weight Main Pack 133.5kg 2120x860x80 mm

Warranty: 10 Year Manufacturer's Written Warranty

NOTE :Our freight company requires all home deliveries to be to the front of the property only, and require the assistance of an able bodied person to help with unloading the shed. If this is not possible, an additional charge of $90+GST will need to be added to the order to provide a 2 man delivery service. An alternative solution would be to take advantage of our free delivery to a local depot, and then organise a pickup by a handyman. Most handymen services range between $40-$60 an hour so this may be a more economical solution for you.

  • How does the OzKit Wooden Flooring option work? I'm interested but as I'm renting installing a concrete slab will be a difficult proposition.

    • I too would be more inclined to buy a shed if the wooden flooring was a more accessible option.

    • The OzKit flooring system is designed to be an alternative to the slab. The number required is based on the size of the shed you can check the description here for reference:
      https://www.simplysheds.com.au/flooring-kit-1520mm-x-780mm-t…

Basically you screw it all together, then put the shed onto it like you would if it were a slab. It does make it easier to move etc. if you don't plan on being there forever, but you still have the issue of "transporting it" so to speak.

      Hope that helps.

  • +2

Note that the reason the 3x3m shed is more popular is that it doesn't require council approval. This shed is larger, so unless you're pre-approved (or sure you will get approval), consider whether it is worth the risk of not getting approval.

    • If that's the case, poor form from Simply Sheds to not state it above.

    • +1

Not in NSW, you can have up to 20 square metres if you meet the other standards link

      • Unfortunately every council is different, some have restrictions around sizes, some with distances from other structures, some with distances from fences/boundaries. The best thing to do is to always check with your council first before you put anything on your house/property.

  • Hey Rep - can you help me out with a better price on the aviaries? Looking at https://www.simplysheds.com.au/absco-aviary-gable-roof-kit-2…

    • Hi Espcookie, we can definitely help you out if you find a better price, just get in touch with our customer service team (call or email) and we'll work something out.

  • So what's an eco shed?
    A green one?

    • Hi Beach Bum, the Eco Sheds are a range of sheds that Absco produce here in Brisbane.

They are similar in style to the Premier range but don't use Bluescope steel or Colorbond colours.

The green colour is… well… green… if you were trying to compare it to the Colorbond range of colours it's probably closest to the Pale Eucalypt (but not exactly the same).

      Hope that helps, Daniel
