I'm doing the rounds for car insurance at the moment anyway, and the quote from these guys is at the lower end of the scale - around $800 for me.
A good thing too is that you can get like a quick quote, where you just enter a few very basic details and it gives you the price. It makes adjustments after that in real time - if you decide to continue with entering full details, but it so much better than having to enter everything first, only to be rewarded with a $2800p/a quote (yes that did happen with Allianz).
So +ve from me.
Yep, I'm in the same boat, these guys come in pretty much dead-even premium/policy wise with the other sole contender, Budget Direct! ;)
Thankfully for my ticker, my Allianz quote didn't attract such sticker shock; but it was double BD's & Coles…and nobody else was within $300 of either, despite "super bundle loyalty discount" offers! :o
BD ain't givin me any fuel discounts either, so I'm giving this serious consideration! :)

We just saved around $200 off the cheapest quote we could get, it worked out to be extremely good value, and the petrol discount is a bonus.
I did a quote and it was about $80 cheaper than who I am with atm. The fuel vouchers will make it even better for me as I have a 180L tank. Lets see…
150L (i'm sure that it will be a 150L limit) X 0.08 = $12
$12*12=$144
so the $80 that I am saving plus the $144 makes it $224 cheaper :)
