  This is not the latest gen intel as it suggests. For anyone that doesn't know the i7-6500 model number indicates this is a gen 6 CPU, gen 7's are out and about now.

    THere's barely any difference between the two despite what Intel says. Computers aren't getting that much faster.

    Yeah you could buy it for this price a year ago, I got mine for about $900-1000 with a 6200U and without the geforce graphics card.
