    I was just sent an eBay message asking if it would be okay to email me the code.
    They replied with unique login details to a website www.4getcode.com which led me to a scan of the card.

      That… is a very interesting way to distribute codes. I would utlise this if I had a CD key store.

    Contact them through ebay message and tell them your code is not working, they should get you a new code. If not, go straight to disputing the transaction through paypal if you paid with them, or with ebay.
