Yeah it's definitely 25℅ off.
But they link to their T & C's which they haven't updated yet.
Nothing in the email they sent suggests there is a cap on the discount.

I'm starting to think that their there is a promo in their typo and it's really $25 off OR someone in their IT department accidentally put a "$" instead of a "%" into the calculation.
Also, I used the promo on a $80 item and received a $25 discount.

Storytime: About 6 months back, a girl on one of the facebook beauty pages had hers arrive totally broken - the brush heads had separated from the handles, the bristles were deformed and falling out. She messaged customer service and received no response, reached out to social media and was blocked by The Iconic on instagram and facebook. She reached out to the beauty page, and a bunch of girls contacted their social media on her behalf. A whole slew of them were blocked too, which caused an even bigger bunch of girls to keep going after them on all platforms. The only thing that got their attention was bulk angry reacting every post The Iconic made on facebook. The CEO responded by calling her at 2am, then sent a bunch of texts that literally sounded like a teenager pretending to run a business. Stuff like "hey babe [excuse why we can't refund you] x". It took a solid half an hour to negotiate a refund, which took weeks to come through.
Taught me enough about this company.
