I did a search on Target's eBay store and it appears there are no white one available.
Will they honour these prices instore? Also, if you do click and collect do you really have to wait over a week?

I'm guessing when Ebay does a 10% off promotion, they simply waive their commission on the sale.
When you sell something on Ebay, they take 10% of the final value… Therefore you would not expect the retailer to match.

I ran an experiement; got the free delivery on the PS4 console and then took the click and collect option for a media remote. The delivery was estimated to happen before the click and collect, however, about 2 hours after placing the order the media remote was ready for collection at my local Target. So, go the click and collect route, it's unlikely to take a week (unlike the console I now have to wait for delivery!).
Also, they won't change the delivery type etc., for you once the order has been placed - as responsive as they were to my query they basically said there was nothing they could do to change it.
