      10% ones are normally sucked up by ebay, the higher % ones are split 50/50 with the seller. So they have to jack prices to cover increased loss.

      I've tried that with the '$20 off $100 purchase' on items in USD and PLN in my cart. Did not work. I have had it work when all items were in USD. Also, when I had an item in USD that when converted was higher than AUD $100, the code did not work and said that I did not meet the minimum of $100, led me to believe ebay wanted to see a $100 USD minimum. So weird. (I only got to use a 10% off promo code then)
