Are the prices in American dollars? Seems like the US site.

      http://store.nike.com/au/en_gb/ I think they're Australian prices unless I'm mistaken?

    • +1

Well, I don't think so.. website starts with http://store.nike.com/au…..
Shipping also brings up AU States…

Link opened up to the us site for me for some reason.

Just a heads up - use a fee free card for this (eg 28degrees). Even though prices in AUD, you'll get charged a foreign currency fee

That's very deceiving. If the currency states AUD on the AU version of the website then I expect to be charged in AUD without a fee.

There are discussions in previous Nike posts and on whirlpool on this issue.

It is the only time I've ever been stung - when a price is quoted in AUD didn't expect it. Luckily the discount was good!!

      • I think it's related to when payments are processed overseas. You'll find some websites which might have an Australian domain ".au" name and may even display prices in AUD, but that can all just be part of the graphical interface and the actual transaction is processed overseas -> you'll be instantly hit with international conversion fees.

Another example would be the Blizzard online store.

Bought some items earlier today and it came up in AUD, will keep checking my account to see if an international transaction fee pops up though!

      • I charged me AUD as well.

      • If the transaction is processed offshore then the bank will charge you a fee. Unfortunately it's nothing to do with the price advertised in AU$ or .com.au website.

Not many bargains from what normally is in their Sale section.

    • It is pretty normal for the sale price (The price stays the same for the sale items that I bought two weeks ago). But the cashrewards increase 5%.

  • Anyone knows is the delivery by AusPost or other courier service?
Or can it be delivered to AusPost Locker? Thanks.

  • Got a pair of Air Flight's for $97.99. Just short of the $100 free shipping! Of course I had to spend $20 more to get socks. Always need socks

the australian store always has a shit selection compared to the US

  • There were better deals on Nike sneakers during the ASOS up to 70% and up to 60% sales earlier this year.
Especially when you stack on CR, and purchase in GBP using a 28degrees.

    • I don't think selection for Australia (GBP) is available anymore.

      • That is the worst piece of news I've heard all year.

        • The GBP option is back again.
