Actually you can deal directly with Samsung if you want. Just go to any of their authorised service centres and drop it off for warranty.

Yeah they match online prices, but i think they take into consideration shipping costs, …but they will still beat it by 5%, and the item has to be in stock. They have the policy on there website.

I think your right dmac, i assumed they were the same one, didnt realise samsung had two different mono lasers which seem pretty similar. So on that note….i dnt think you can price match :(
