    The one I've got is good as I can control pressure and water temp using the regular tap.
    
    except for the hose which can't handle too warm water which can happen if not careful with household mixer tap. The pipe is a cheap plastic that bursts under the high pressure with hot water. But very easy to repair/replace.
    
    Much better than another gizmo in the bathroom. Way easier than flossing!
