$2 Cheeseburger + Small Fries (or $0.80 McFryBurger) Via Shopper Docket @ McDonald's (Brisbane, Ipswich & Logan)

50

this deal requires a coles receipt shop-a-docket. This deal is only available in Brisbane, Ipswich & Logan

shopadocket have $2 docket for a cheese burger and small fries.

not available on their website but can be sourced from Coles supermarket receipts.

or see if they will accept the above screen shot. or image to download here

If you want to be a cheap arse then go for an 80 cent meatless chip-burger and get bun and fries.
If you request this (can't use the touchscreens) from the counter ask for "no patty" -which they remove and removes $1.20 from the price. so you end up with a bun, cheese, pickles, sauce and small fries for 80cents.

80 cent snack.

add a frozen drink for $1 and 30cent cone (who pays for $2 for that?!) and you have the lunch of champions for $2.10

Please note: I've been vegetarian for 20+ years so I always request "no patty" (and no cheese - contains animal rennet). Thus "saving" $1.20 for something I wouldn't eat. Or not paying for something that I don't want. but then again if one of my kids wanted a small fries then I'd rather not pay $2.10 or what ever they cost these days (bring back $1 small fries!!) so this hack works nicely.

  • Love your idea of the fries burger for 80c. Although cones are 60c now I believe. ☺️

  • Just so I have this clear, you go to McDonalds and ask for a Cheeseburger with no patty and they charge you 80cents ($2 less $1.20 for the beef patty), is that correct?

    • that is correct. and you need the shop-a-docket to get fries with that.

      • Ah, tried it out at Manly on the weekend. Man, should have checked the prices before I ordered. A cheeseburger is $2.90 originally so they took off the $1.20, so I paid $1.70 for the bun, a squirt of sauce and one pickle slice - felt completely ripped off, overpriced and screwed up the order and missed the ferry because of it - when I went back and asked them to give me what I had ordered a self-righteous, pigheaded girl butted in and insisted had received what I ordered, the others were okay, she was a nightmare - never going to McDonalds again, now I know why I go to Hungry Jacks! Thanks for the info though! :)

  • Great, will try it out in Sydney next time I'm near a McDonalds. Thanks.

  • That $2 cheeseburger offer has been on the shopper dockets for ages. Good for a light snack (or combine them for a bigger meal).

    • true, it comes and goes.
