  I wouldnt call it a "Full tower" with a height of 51.8cm limited drive bays. You'll barely fit a full sized GPU card in this.

    I believe most large cards are around 300mm

    Have you already bought the motherboard? You'll find this 100x easier with a mATX board, Silverstone has a ton of cheap options. Otherwise the Cooler Master N300 is cheap and readily available and about as small as you'll get without spending an arm and a leg hunting down lian li cases.
